Exactly as advertised
Grabbed enough of these 3 month gold codes and a 1 Month GPU code last week to do the 3 years of GPU thing, all worked as it should
(Sidenote: trying to do the same for a mate of mine this weekend but purchases won't go through, annoying)

PC Game Pass Users Fear Not
I thought I had made a mistake at first as I'm a PC game pass ultimate user not an Xbox user. However, I redeemed the code through my Microsoft account and upon verification, MS says that it will convert the code to Game Pass Ultimate according to their conversion table. Clicked confirm, and was happy to see my new subscription renewal date.
