Works For Romania to, but ... !
I used it to redeem in romania , but you will need a VPN set to Uk for example ... and don't use it over an active ULTIMATE account, it will convert the code automatically to 4 months of ULTIMATE instead of 12 months Gold ... just happened to me , i did not read the message properly i just hit next next... I'm so dumb !!! but whatever the COD works, CDkey was nothing but good to me :D

Vpn to Turkey, incognito mode, login to xbox account, redeem codes (3 in this case).
Once xbox Ultimate Game Pass expires, buy one month of UGP for your actual region, (NO VPN for this part) and all 3 years of Live Gold upgraded to UGP. Winner !! =)
