Best Fallout IMO
In my own opinion, this is the best Fallout experience. Story line is top tier albeit having Preston Garvey constantly in your ear "ANOTHER SETTLEMENT NEEDS OUR HELP", graphically holds up very well even with it being 8 years old now. The wide array of weapons, armor and power armor is un-rivalled, creating a truly unique experience on every playthrough. I couldn't recommend this game anymore.

Great casual game.
Fallout 4 with All the DLCs is definitely the way to go! With GOTY edition, you can expand your modding capabilities as some mods required specific DLCs. And the price on CDKeys is a lot cheaper than Steam when on sale ;).
