Worked fine, redeem in game
Got code instantly, worked fine. One thing is you actually redeem the code IN GAME (press O for the Black Lion Trading tab, then click the 'Redeem Code' link in the top left of the tab). This site tells you to enter the code on the GW2 account website but that's for things like expansions packs. Gems are redeemed in game.
